Electric Fireplace Inserts and Stoves
ADDCO will warehouse spare parts. These parts will include motors, heaters, fans, ember beds, etc. The inserts have been designed for easy replacement of part(s). We also will provide assistance by phone with replacing parts.

Non Repairable manufacturing defects that ADDCO and the dealer deem to be non-repairable; ADDCO will issue full or part credit for the defective unit.

Mantels
Scratches and minor damages – ADDCO will pay reasonable charges to you or your customer to touch up or repair the mantel. We request that the customer sends us a digital photo of any damages. Obvious shipping damages must be handled directly with the carrier. Mantel parts are available.
