1) We will ship all drop ship purchase orders within 2 business days of receipt of order. If, for any reason, an order will take more than 2 days to process, we agree to inform your Company Immediately. At the time of notification, we will provide an estimated ship date. Confirmation is required by phone for the new ship date.

2) We will ship the product(s) set forth on a written or verbal purchase order. If there are any questions about these instructions we will call you for clarification.

3) We will notify ASAP of receipt of an order if any item on that order is out of stock or discontinued.

4) We will send tracking numbers, if requested within 24 hours of order shipping. We will submit tracking numbers via fax or email.

5) We ship products by ground carrier of our choice. Estimated delivery anywhere U.S. is approximately
5 – 8 days. We will provide priority shipping costs if requested.

6) We will ship third party if you prefer to use your shipping company(s) that have pick up service in Portland. You will need to provide details.
