Welcome! ADDCO takes seriously the issue
of safeguarding your privacy online. We do not share the information
you provide with any other company, outside source, or any person
not employed by ADDCO. Every transaction conducted online
or by phone is secured for your protection. To make a purchase
ADDCO does collect some information about you, including credit
card and contact information, and uses the information for the
sole purpose of conducting the sale of an electric fireplace or
any other product ADDCO offers on the website. If you use a credit
card to purchase a product by any payment method we offer, either
online or by phone, we will charge the credit card the exact purchase
price. There are no hidden taxes, fees, or charges. After the
sale has been completed the credit card information is deleted
from our system and/or destroyed. The charge will appear on your
credit card statement under ADDCO. If you any questions regarding

DELIVERY
POLICY
Your
order will be shipped by either UPS ground or a freight company.
We will call you with the delivery schedule for your order. The
closest freight terminal to you will call you to arrange an outside
delivery time if your order is shipped by a freight carrier. If
your order is shipped via UPS, you will be required to sign for
your package. Normally, it takes 3-5 days to reach West Coast
terminals and 5-7 days to reach all other terminals within the
continental US from Portland, Oregon. Orders placed by telephone
or through ElectricFireplace.com's cart system typically ship
48 hours from the time you place your order. Be aware that you
may need assistance moving the freight from the delivery truck
to your location. Some packages may weigh more than 100 lbs.
INSIDE
DELIVERY
We can provide inside delivery for most
orders. You will need to order by phone if you require inside
delivery service. Inside delivery cost ranges from $35 - $95.
$35 delivery charge is a 'no stairs' delivery charge, typically
to a garage or covered area. Up to $95 is for delivery that requires
moving the packages up a flight of stairs or to higher floors
by an elevator. Maximum weight for inside delivery is 200 lbs.
per box.
DAMAGE
POLICY
You
are required to inspect the packages immediately upon delivery
for outside box damage. If the box(s) is damaged, you and the
driver should inspect the contents of the box for damage. If you
do not thoroughly inspect each package, we cannot and will not
be responsible for any claims made regarding damaged items.
If your package(s)
is deemed too damaged for delivery, you must write "damaged
- refused delivery" on the delivery receipt. Some orders
have multiple packages and if any part of your order is damaged,
refuse the entire order and write "damaged - refused delivery."
Some packages will show slight damage normal to shipping. On the
delivery receipt, make note of any damages when you sign for your
order. Please inspect the product immediately for any possible
concealed damage. In order for ADDCO to make any replacements,
we must be notified of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
If you decide to file a damaged claim with the freight company,
ADDCO assumes no more responsiblity for the return, replacement,
or refund of the damaged freight.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
If
you need to cancel an item(s) you have ordered, you must call

for an authorization number within 24 hours of placing your order.
RETURN
POLICY
If
decide to return an item(s) you have ordered, you must call 1-800-555-0564
or 1-800-965-3850
for an authorization number within 48 hours of receiving your
product(s).
All non-defective returns must be made within 10 days. Non-defective
returns may be subject to a restocking fee. RETURN FREIGHT FEES
WILL BE APPLICABLE ON ALL RETURNS. ADDCO will not accept returned
merchandise beyond 30 days of the date of purchase.
Return
Shipping: You must save
all packing materials and repack the unit and all other accessories
as received. ADDCO must receive the unit and all other accessories
in good condition before we will refund your money.
